business advised me that I will be able to get me car and to fax the all of my
information to them as I did then.

My car was picked up at my job on 8/7/2014. Called around to find my car it was
not there. Finally got in touch with a Todd Alstrin at Saber talked to him and
he said the I would have to call him 8/8/2014 at 9:30 am so I can get the total
amount so I can get my car. I called Todd told me it would be $719.00 I advised
I do have it that which it includes the processing of papers and the towing
fees plus another payment . I advised him that I have it. Todd then proceeded
to get other information from me to process everything then said he has to turn
the information over to his supervisor and she will call me. I also had
questions that I wanted to know was why I didn't get a letter or a call, Todd
rudely told me that they don't have to. Then he said that hi supervisor will
call me. Then I spoke to a Kelly Herin,she talked to me I asked her is I was
going to get my car back I corporate with her in getting all the information
she needed even personal and showed her things on the car that I had to fix
because the car jerks. Which was over $400.00 dollars. She said that I would.
Then I got a letter in the mail stating they are going to sell my car
8/22/2014. I called her about that she said to not to worry about that letter
because she is processing the papers . Besides that I have every conversation
that me and Kelly was talking about RECORDED. Then Kelly proceeded to tell me
not to worry about the letter that she will get me back into the car. Then for
to call back 4 hours latter to tell she has decided not to put me back into the
car that my car will be sold at a private sale do to all of the work that has
been done and I have that RECORDED.
