iT BEGINS WITH...Speedy PC Pro  flashing on the screen;" Fix Errors" or similar language. After downloading, (no CC # requested) there was a

dazzling array of problem areas on the computer it said, —some near CRITICAL! But in order to

‘Fix or Repair’ them. (it turned out) one had to be connected to a Live Person,

assumedly a person who could process the order or better yet a competent tech.

After a wait, an Affable man named Christian came on the line and asked to take control of the computer.

I happily agreed, thinking the worst of the current state of affairs in view of the earlier He took a quick look and asked about various programs on the

hard drive and said " there was definitely Malware" on the computer;  the

computer could CRASH at any time unless something were done and quickly.

But what I did not know was that Christian ( it eventually became apparent) was

a (super) salesman—certainly no tech. He admitted same in subsequent conversation.

He sold us three products in all---one for $300 to have the overall problems arrested

LIVE! It would take as long as SIX HOURS.

"We'll be on the phone all that time?: I asked.  "No, you can got about your business and you'll be told when it is finished."  No tech ever joined the conversation.

It turns out, with both screens of the desktop alive, and with my sporadic checking, at best

there was perhaps a few seconds of activity from the invisible Tech. So much for a total workup!

(A program known as Omega 5 apparently was activated ever so briefly followed by

an admonition "Do Not Touch Mouse or Keyboard Work in Progress.) There was absolutely

no sign of mouse action for 99 and 9/10 of the time the computer was connected to

Advanced Tech as the screens were operational.  Absolutely nothing! All the while, At the

top of the screen "Ticket 7285308 Waiting" message.

After more than seven hours, this consumer finally disconnected..having become

suspicious and begun checking the net for anything on SAFECART. Worst fears were

confirmed.  Dumb Me! There will be redress via plastic however.

The computer is working normally notwithstanding a few chronic issues like double click failures (promised to be fixed) persist.
