I rented my condo in Winnipeg Canada to Samual Root from Novi, Michagan and he and his wife did major damage to the unit and left the unit in shambles before skipping out on paying the rent. Advice to landlords out there as a couple they sure do not respect peoples property and do not care how they treat people. Be warned.
