San Dimas Surgical Messed up tubal reversal San Dimas, California

On Jul 7, 2010 I had a tubal revsal done at San Dimas. I was told by Dr Chung who performed the sugery that I had a very good chance of having another baby because the doctor who did my tubal ligation only took alittle bit of the tube when it was done. I waited 2 years and finally went to another doctor because I read stories on the web where it took a couple of years to concieve sometimes. Well I had a Hysteroscopy and D&C done for a poloyp and new doctor said to try again, still nothing. New doctor wanted to do a Lap and Dye test and I agreed. The new doctor found one tube was completely not usable because it had hourglassed, it was real thin where the surgery was done. The other tube he could not see because the end had adhered itself to the top of my uterus. Now after spending 6000.00 at San Dimas, they destroyed my tubes so I can never have another child natually. I don't know what to do except get the word out that San Dimas is a total joke and no one should use them. It took me 3 months to get op report from them and that was only after I filed complaint with medical board. The doctor at San Dimas did not even talk to me afterwards and the nusre the next day at follow up said everything went fine. Nothing went fine. I have tryed to reach out for other who have had same issue in hope of maybe a class action suit. I think I waited too long for malpactice suit against them. I am really at a loss.
