San tan motorsports LLC Deceitful dishonest misleading uncooperative rude Queen creek Arizona

I had a off road recreational go kart that I had that needed repairs to get running for use. I looked for a repair shop and knowing of San tan motorsports since I had lived in Queen Creek I researched and found the company's phone number online and gave them a call once they answers I explained to them I had a go kart that I wanted to get running but did not know what was wrong with it and asked how much they charged to evaluate the repairs that it needed. The worker automatically responded to me that he would not charge me to look at the go kart and see what repairs needed to be done to the go kart and explained to me that was the reason I should bring the go kart to his business because unlike other shops that why his was the best because the did not charge for an evaluation of the repairs and unlike other shops i would not spend a tons of money on finding out what was wrong with the go kart and made his shop sound so much better then the rest.

So I proceeded to take the viechle in to the shop the following days. Once I arrived I unloaded the kart and filled out paperwork for the go kart. Then the associate informed me there would be a forty six dollar charge for them to inspect the kart and I immediately told him that was not what was told to me on the phone and that i was told the inspection would be free and that a why I had drove so far to bring the kart since I no longer lived in the area he then called the business owner and informed him of what I told him.

The owner then came and spoke to me and told me that the inspection would only be free if I let him do the repairs on the go kart I asked what if the repairs were too much for me to afford and he rudely replied that was my problem and that he had to make his money somehow. I told him that he told me that I was told the inspection was told to me that would be free and he said that's what made his shop different and that's why I should go to his shop. He replied that that's not what he meant and that he needed to make money of me somehow. I told him he should not lie to people over the phone and he said maybe I should clean my ears out and learn to listen.

I replied that I knew what I heard and he was being dishonest he then very rudely said that he could load the kart on my truck and I could get lost and proceeded to load the kart on my truck very harshly and slammed it in the truck and made very rude gestures. I was treated very unfairly and was lied to on the phone and if I was not told the inspection was free or else I would  of drove the kart to a closer shop to my home. Also no business owner should never treat a potential client like a nobody or tell them that he has to make a money off them some how. I recommend no one ever visit this shop or give them any business since they think its alright to treat people however they want instead of nicely trying to explain to them the situation ir lie to people over the phone to just lure them to their shop
