While Sarah and her boyfriend (Terry Newell) was renting from us back in March 2008 she was running this same scam using his name as hers as Terry can also be a girls name. I found this out much later when contacted by an investigating agency. Boy the excuses they kept coming up with for not paying their rent sound so familar when reading these reports about her. I'm surprised there isn't more out there about them.
Oh Yeah...they got me too...they left in the middle of the night without paying.

I too was scammed by the professional duo. She has a boyfriend Terry Newell, if that is his name. They claimed to be IKE victims, live in Galveston and needed to stay someone for a short while. I had a short term lease available. After 3 weeks of never receiving payment and 'never could seem' to meet up, I googled her name and boy I had to laugh at my luck. The first check they wrote bounced. They blamed it on the bank. The next week her Aunt was sick in the hospital. After that I knew something was fishy. I was scammed of about $800. They are low class losers and she cannot even spell. I should of known when she told me they met in college - with her grammar and spelling - no way. As of the end of August '09 they were in the Houston area (Texas City) and he claims to work in Galveston at a dealership. He acted all concerned about her safety and how he was a germaphobic. For two nasty people they are very contradicting. The bills at the house were in the name of Carolyn S. Newell and Terry Newell. They had to of used something legit to get the accounts turned on. I have turned all info I had into the DA. Their actions will catch up with them and they will BOTh get what they deserve.
