The ad was targeted and appeared in Linkedin in the Real Estate Investment group. They promised guaranteed leads and charged $150 now and $150 once you had received the leads. I dealt on email with Richard B Smith , he clained to be working for blueorange net in Bangkok. The contract they sent me was in the name of Sarajai company and the money was to be sent to either a UK account or through paypal to Richard Evans. I sent money and pdf as instructed and got absolutely nothing back.
When I asked why I was threatened with lawyers and told my emails would not be replied to anymore. Since then another 3 people have come forward with similar stories and I hope they report the facts as these people need to be stopped from scaming more people. I have got all this documented from day on until a few minutes ago when I got my last insult on the linkedin site and in the group mentioned above. Thank you for reading this,

He has been in Bangkok for about 10 years.
All his LinkedIn accounts and other selfmarketing websites are just a front for his scam..

well our friend is now using the following names....David Janna ( his Thai girfriend'd name) and David Evans obviously a mixture of David Smith and Richard Evans.
We have got a phot of the way he looks now and are posting it.
He has been using somebody else's paypal account and is now twitting under the David Jenna id and warning people about a Paypal scam and claiming he has been "taken himself" for $400...
Earlier in the twit he mentions he changed his name to his girlfriend's and even earlier he still tries to sell the leads. the twit is @St_bangkok...how do I know??I got last night a message telling he was following me.
No money has been returned to date...

After further research , the company x2 resorts and Residences in Thailand is employing both Richard Smith and Richard Janna. They have same bio , different photos and the link on Richard Janna profile takes you directly to Richard smith tweeter account under the about@st_bangkok.com.
The web site mentioned before (((Redacted)))has been now taken off the air.
I have got photos from both Richards and will upload them both shortly.
