savemore.com save more save more never sent me gift card i purchased for barnes and noble.....and won't return calls. scam!!!! Internet

i purchased a gift card to barnes and noble. i paid 15 for 25 worth of product at barnes and noble. i never received this in the mail, and i can't use the voucher number on the b & n website. i have contacted customer service several times and they just put you to a voicemail and say they'll get back to you soon. they NEVER do. super disappointing. i thought this was something like groupon or living social. nope. now they have my credit card #. disappointed in myself for being so naive about this one. disappointed in them, the savemore.com company for this terrible act.  several thousands of people are in my shoes, which means MILLIONS of dollars to savemore. com. bummer. they need to be punished/caught/etc.
