Well we have a really drunken bright spark here don't we, how long have we been trying to tell Savvaidis that the property he sold to us is illegal? over 2 years now, so instead of doing anything to help (he has refused any contact with myself) what is soon to be many people, he tries to destroy a UK company, run and owned by a single English female as he cant do the job himself, without ripping people off.

His whole company is made up of lies. deceipt, with the use of his recomended lawyers, who sign off houses knowing that they are of incorrect size or in some cases even exist (legally).  It is a shame the English is so bad, but everyone look on the bright side, at least we know he is watching same as everyother person who ever bought a house from this man.

Mr Savvas Savvaidis states that natalie is illegal, How ever if everyone would like to check companies house for the registration number it is easily found, as is her qualifications. She is honest and will tell people the truth however hard at times that must be. When the truth is finally out we shall see who people will trust, and who they definately wont

Yes the villa is illegal and Savvaidis Sold it to us illegal, we have been asking for our money back due to mis representation and deception during the buying process by his company. Selling a detached Villa of 100sq meters when he knows it is a terraced property of 45sq meters on paper, so is he now saying he cant read Greek or does he infact have no qualifications.Or even worse he know what he is doing, we all know the answer to that one,

It is with relevance that ITV homes from h*ll have shown this Villa and its propeblems  as every piece of information both legal and structural have to be checked and authenticated before publication, that also included checking Natalie Humphreys and her company, so I am afraid ohh person that wrote this, take more water with it and get your fact right. It took 2 years to find out this information so beware of this man,

Yet again the word keeps on coming a bully comes to mind, no sorry a very worried bully who knows what he has done and on what scale.

Also to be highlighted with the GREEK Governments current problems are the tax evasion issues with this compant. We paid 215,00 plus 19500.00 Euros closing costs, however according to the paperwork submitted (illegal) states we only paid 110,000 Euro, very high taxes for a very small house so who keeps the rest, along with fees paid for Lawyers who then decieve their Savvaidis clients

For the unadultered official word on tourist rentals on Rhodes, contact this man ( centralized information available instead of rumour, hearsay & the chinese whispers that so often ends up being the way that information circulates. ) :

We bought through this same agent in 2008.We purchased in pylona,a "tranquil little village"After reading the ripoff report on this company and various other blogs and having bought through the same man we decided to retrieve our papers from our lawyers office and have them checked out.

You were right HFH666,our papers state we have a villa of 40m2 and NOT what we had been lead to believe we were purchasing,a villa 0f over 80m2!The paperwork revealedwe had paid roughly half of what had actually been paid!

Again like HFH666,we too purchased a pool and guess what?We now find that too is illegal (No licence).Our villa is illegal,our pool doesnt exist and are now informed by Emporiki bank that due to the illegal issues its value as of Dec 2010 is less than half the sum we had paid.

All this through NO fault of our own,we bought through the biggest estate agent on the Island who promised to "guide us through the buying process" and be with us "every step of the way".Maybe our biggest mistake of all was the one that HFH666 made in that of employingone of the suggested lawyers.Ours is not the same one they used but after some simple investigations found that Savvas Savvaidis list of "suggested/recomended lawyers" all seemed to do the same thing,None of them had noticed the discrepancies between building licences/plans/amount paid and notary contracts entered?Seems they all at it!

So in a nut shell,we now have a villa that isn't on what we bought?It's worth half what we paid(due to legal size)and now we are informed that we will be receiving a demand for many thousands of euro's for the villa being over size in accordance to the building licence?We will also receive a fine for the pool that we paid 20,000euro for and which has NO licence.

In all this company has left us in an untold mess both financially and with the worry of it all,now our health is suffering.And to think all we wanted was a place to retire to?This man has ruined our lives and cheated us of everything we had saved over the years,please beware!
