Both my mom and I wanted to check our credit reports. We went online and entered in the info. Got the reports. I called to cancel them and they spent forever talking and not listening to me. I asked to cancel and they didn't. I got charged for the monthly charge and they're not wanting to refund me. On a side note, we went for a car loan and they told us our credit scores that didn't match what they told us. I wouldn't trust them.
