 This said company has developed some interesting scam techniques. For this peticular rip off they are targeting not for profits.

They called the front desk and told them that there was an order that they were trying to process and they needed some confirmation on our printer. So our front desk staff not being aware that it was a scam quickly grabbed the name and model number right off the printer and gave it to them. After this, they asked for her name as so they can mark their records of who they spoke with. A couple of weeks later we receive a bill for more than the cartridges would have cost along with shipping costs for toner we never ordered much less received. Now being that we are a YMCA that goes through a lot of front desk help and utilize volunteers and part time staff you can see how vulnerable this makes us to a scam such as this.

I am doing all that I can to make the public aware of this fraudulant company and informing the proper agencies to investigate. Please be warned and be careful.
