I had four brand new tires put on and 7000 miles later (while I was changing oil) noticed both front tires badly worn on inside, down to the metal belt on one of them. Company attempted to place blame elsewhere, but all evidence indicates poor wheel alignment. They tried to blame ball joints (which inspected as good)then tie rood ends (which inspected as good), then tried to blame low air pressure which is a lie as wear indicated extreme negative camber wear.
Sears will not even meet me half way with the cost of repair and want me to pay full for 2 new tires and mount balance and alignment again. No joke the tire(s) were so bad my wife and kids could have been killed driving on them. I have the tires to show as proof. Metal showed so bad that it looked like steel wool showing through.

Just some food for thought.
When you take your vehicle for a 4 Wheel Alignment. All your suspension components *should* be thouroughly inspected. And a alignment should not be performed if any component is failing.
So for your next alignment wherever you have it perfomed. If they do not inform you of any suspension component failure. Before performing an alignment. Then chances are there is nothing wrong and they just aligned it wrong or forgot to tighten a camber bolt and the tech won't fess up to it
