If you have read my other posts, you will know that I am a former SNAAC Collections Manager who was exposed to the company's most intimate financial and operational details before they very cheaply and wrongfully terminated me.

As a result, I am able to bring much information to you, the consumer about their internal workings.  And I have every reason to do so!

While there, it became apparent that the executives are the only ones who can make the real decisions that impact the malicious and deceptive actions they take against their customers in the name of profit and profit only.  Here is a list of executive and other personnel information that will expedite the handling of your concerns or at least allow you to take your issues all the way to the top.

EXECUTIVES:

JASON NESBIT, VP of Collections and Customer Service.  He can be reached directly by dialing his extension (271) after calling the main number (513)-459-8118.  He has a BAD habit, like most COWARDLY executives, of ignoring legitimate, but difficult consumer situations so beware.  He will hide from emails so it is best to call and catch him in his office.  Know that he goes to lunch every day from about 12pm to 1pm and leaves promptly at 5pm every day so attempt contact outside of those timeframes.

BECKY CATINO.  She is a co-founder and the president of the company.  She just LOVES to have haughty meetings with other small business execs at their location so she can make their receptionist get them coffee and they can all talk about how great they are.  She is worthless.  And incidentally, very fake and mighty pretentious too as you might have imagined. I do not know her extension, but her email is BCATINO@SNAAC.COM. They also have a dial by name feature on their main line (and now you have her full name).

TED CATINO.  He is Becky's husband, the other co-founder of SNAAC, the CEO and the only one can get anything REAL done (he owns the company).  I do not know his extension however they have a dial by name feature on the main number.  His email is also TCATINO@SNAAC.COM.  However, like I said earlier, most cowardly executives who lead amoral organizations such as this one will typically ignore you (in my experience...and I have been around).  But what does that say about him and their company--that they IGNORE THEIR CUSTOMER'S ISSUES?  But they certainly profit off of them, don't they?

ANGELA ARWAY.  She is just an HR manager, but she is also their entire HR department.  However, as a "HUMAN Resource" Manager, she at least SHOULD be concerned with the plight of employees and consumers alike.  Her direct extension is 350.

Again, call when you can (instead of email) and catch them while they're in the office.  It is too easy for them to hide behind their email.

Good luck with these people, it is very difficult to get criminals to do the right thing.  But make no mistake about it, they make TONS of money off of the men and women of our armed forces.

Last year was their most profitable year:  they made 12 MILLION DOLLARS of PURE PROFIT.  And all for just the two of them:  Ted and Becky.  Anyone think they still have the right to ignore their customers?

Tips To Avoid Them

AUTHOR: Robert Jones - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, May 31, 2012

If you are delinquent 1 day your account goes to the collections department.  Collectors will try to call you, your spouse, friends and family to get you on the phone.  Of course it is important that they reach you so that you make good on your contract, but they take it to the next extreme.  If they don't get you on the phone after day 1 of being late they try to contact your FSGT/CO/XO whom ever they can get on the phone to talk to about your personal finances.

Do they have a right to do this?  Well technically yes because they are 1st party collections. They use the ethos of our Armed Forces as a way to guilt a debtor to pay.  Most of their training as collectors is learning military terminology so that they can properly navigate through the chain of command to the person who will make life worst for a debtor.

If you have exited the military and are now a civilian, you should know that they cannot speak to your employer or anyone other than you and your spouse about the debt. Keep that in mind because you are protected by the FDCPA.

Tip 1 Educate yourself on the FDCPA laws.  You can find them on the FTC.gov website. Every violation is equivalent to a $1000 fine.  You could sue them for violations and end up having them pay you for wrongful collections practices.

Tip 2 Remove your personal identification from your personal phone numbers.  When they do call take the call and tell them you don't know the person they are asking for and to please stop calling your phone.  To make it better have an elderly person call from your phone (they have caller id) and tell them to stop calling this number they don't know you. Be prepared they only have one location in Mason Ohio, but they have different area codes near bases all over the country to throw people off.

Tip 3 Make your social network pages completely private from anyone other than your friends to see your personal information and wall posts.  Make it impossible for them to find you!  They use that information you post against you. Don't add people you don't know or aren't sure of.  Their skip tracers make fake facebook pages with pictures of soldiers on the front to make you think you might have served with them or something so that you will add them (then they have access to your wall and personal info listed).

Tip 4 Prepare your friends and family in a discrete way.  They don't have to know your in debt, but you can tell them that someone is calling around pretending to be verifying an application for you and they are using the information to harm your credit.  That way when someone calls your friends and family asking questions about you they get that stranger danger feeling and tell the person nothing.

If you are in debt tell your chain of command before your creditors do and seek their advice.  This way the news isn't so bad if someone contacts them, meaning the punishment is less severe if at all.

If you are 50 days delinquent they will begin looking for your vehicle to repossess.  They are very sneaky about it.  Lock the car in a garage somewhere that's not at your house and bum rides with your friends until you can pay your account current.

Hope this info and tips help!
