Sedona pines resort , Lana , Barbara schlepky On a TRIAL membership : Lied to as what we would receive,they never paid 2nd yr. passed the buck! Sedona Arizona

We bought a 2 yr. trial membership. We did not receive all the benefits they said and wrote down that we would receive. They never paid RCI for the second year Of our membership, therefor we can't make reservations to stay or use our time share. They run specials online nd we have missed out on them. 

sedona pines claims it was RCI who made the error and their rep was disturbed and perplexed as to why this was happening, and he will look into it. She said "I can call RCI and try to find someone with half a brain" .

they lied about ALL resorts being available to us, they are not, as a trail member.

not one thing about Sedona Pines and our contract is true. You cannot believe their smooth and hurried talk.  lies, are all we found fron anyone, that I found there.
