Seven Hills Wine - Seven Hills Wine And Spirit Very Rude and Hung up on me although I tried to tell I was a grandmother Somerville Massachusetts

I am a grandmother living in IL. I called to ask for an order for my son in Somerville. When I said I was from IL., he said...why should I talk to someone in IL. and hung up. I tried to call back but the phone was always busy. I called the BBB of Boston. They are sending me a complaint info. but suggested I call back just in case of a mistake. I called, finally getting through..he answered. I said I was the person calling from IL. I was calling to order $ 200-300 of wine for my son living in Somerville. He hung up again. My son called and the owner said he thought I was a salesman. I don't think so!. I said I wanted to BUY wine...not sell. It was very rude for him to hang up on me twice without figuring out what was going on. He lost a sale and I am trying to get an apology. I am 62 and do not like rude younger people. It gives them a bad name, let alone a bad name to "Easterners" Thank you. Janet
