Shawn Anthony, owner and manager of SAS Rentals acted in bad faith. I'm an independent filmmaker who contracted him to build a set for my film and provide movie making equipment. He cashed a replacement deposit check without my knowledge or consent! Less than 48 hours prior to shooting he had not done a single thing to fulfill his contract. There was no indication that movie set was to be built at the location. I was forced to postpone my production - at great cost - and take him to court. He lost the case and has now refused to pay me the legal judgment against him.
