I work at Shear Image and would like to say that this rip off report is a total LIE. It is so far fetched I think it is kind of funny really. Every possible thing that could have happened to you in a negative way did. My boss would never question a client, she has never "freaked out" on me or anyone else that works for her. You would not have waited an hour for your nails, if you were treated so bad, who would. On that note you also wouldn't tip. If all this stuff happened you wouldn't even pay. YOU ARE A LIAR!, Our salon is one of the cleanest salons in Winnipeg, there is NOW WAY, you got an infection, we follow all sterilization and sanitation to a T. Plus an infection with pus and all that would not show up that fast, so NICE TRY! I noticed you sent this bogus complaint in in February, FUNNY, We didn't have any nail girls at the salon around this time. All the girls and guys that work at the shop would never ever treat a client like you say, plus we all do great work.  I am so livid that someone would post such an obvious attack on my place of work and my boss, calling her a "large lady", when she clearly is not. We are not out of our minds, because let this happen to a customer would never and has never ever happened. Find something better to do with your time, your horrible person. CARMA!

I would like to respond to this alleged story. I say alleged because for sometime, I have not even had a nail technician or an esthetician employed at the salon. It has been very hard to find a good employee, so you could not have come here, we have not been operating the nail side for many many months. Next your story is also false because, the owner myself am not big, nor do I yell at my staff. I have never raised my voice to any staff member or client visiting the salon, I also have never ever blamed a client for anything or argued with a client. If a client comes in for an appointment and a mistake was made with their appointment we actually just take that client and preform whatever service they would like, acting as though there was no mistake made. And the comment about my staff and alcohol is also very untrue, I do not employ party girls and drinkers, I employee highly skilled, polite, friendly grown men and women, who love what they do and would never do anything that is in this report. 

This report is a false report, from someone who is attacking my salon, my staff and myself. Possibly a disgruntled former employee or a competing company. It is very sad and upsetting as someone who has worked very hard and has always treated clients with the most respect to build a good business to read a story such as this. For future clients who may read this, this is not what our salon is like. It is wrong that anyone can make false stories and try to ruin someones livelihood.
