About Shiekhshoes.com online store.
I found this store on Internet, I really like the shoes offered by this site. I have read the terms of delivery and payment. I made the order 15.04.2010. The money was blocked in the same day. Online store promised customers to process the order within 3-5 days and contact me email when my order is sent or if the required item is not available. Today is 27.04.2010, has passed 12 days from the moment of the order, but my order was not processed. All my questions regarding my order are ignored. Shipping status - pending not yet shipped. I have worked with many online shops of America, but Shiekh Shoes do bad reputation of the American trade such attitude towards customers.

I checked on the parcel number on the USPS website.



USPS website says -
**The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on May 2, 2010 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later. ***
This means that my order has not been sent until now. Today is May 5. I remind you that I made the order 15.04.2010. It has been 20 days, the order has not been sent. It is the confirmed fact. The fact is also that that you very long process orders, do not keep in contact with the client and ignore any questions concerning my order.

My order has not been sent yet

Today, 30 April, but my order has not been sent until now. In response to my emails no answer. Online Shop blocked my money on my credit card but the shop does not want to send my order. Gone are all the announced date of formation of the order but nothing has changed.

And again lie and a lie! I have checked up the order for your site. Here that at you it is written concerning my order:




Order number not found or still processing. Please verify the order number and try again. Employees do not respond to the letter. If you give a rebuttal, you must show the facts but not your imagination! In this case, the fact is that the order is not processed, the order status is not changed, the employees do not respond to my emails.




If you have sent my order write me number of my parcel in  USPS.

Customer placed the order on 4/15 using a foreign credit card.  Since it takes an additional day to get authorization, and U.S. banks do not provide address verification, we contacted the customer for confirmation his card was not being used fraudulently.  Customer responded on 4/19 to confirm charge and we began to process order.  We notified customer on 4/21 one of the items was sold out, and customer informed us to replace the sold out item with new item on 4/23.  Order was processed and shipped with replacement item 4/23.
