File a complaint with Shop Goodwill of Orange County, fraudulent! It wasn't as described in the ads. I obviously found some auctions with suspicious I found that orange county; fraudulent with their listings. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GW is good organize, only some black sheep as Santa Ana Orange County....special manager..... I got 2 items that Kinect consoles, ads picture and describe said "include 3 games". They were missing games when I pick up them. There are
Misleading and missing part and not working. The manager took all of them back for refund, but I never got the money. He just took them for make me shut my mouth.
When I asked he ignored and it came back as "Sold AS IS". Now my items were missing with no response for my refund. I am truly homer and trust them.
GW is greedy and selfish. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PS. the employee as goodwill I met ,there is a nicer, only the bigger of them.it was trick me as I am a fool person. Now I got a lot of items are junk & not work broken. Someone want more information and there are any help please contact me. I am happy to share with you. I am stand for fight with GW orange county. !!!!!!!!!!!You cannot rob me. Yelp!!!!!!!!!!! I call for complaint with GW I just a new number to call no one help me.!!!!!!!!

Shop goodwill :no return item or Sold AS IS I believe I broken that policy but I read.. read .. Misrepresent or broken and not working I believe is still can return?? This is my detail.
below ... I have 2 kinect consoles that missing xbox 360 games as one consoles by 3 games. GW first communication that promit me to looking for new games. If mean I would have my complete items and taking my 2 kinect and games without any refund... I have to wait until get games come in.

I know we discussed these items previously.
When we receive Video Games here, they are donated items.
So even if we get more in, the cards most likely are missing or already used.
Also the listing had no mention of a card included. Just 1 Disc and the Kinect Sensor.

(On 1Disc). You are the Controller.
I went over there for pick up other items that i won and talk to the manager.....GW....Orange couty
He come with one employee.......result is I would get refund and I asks him for return my Vizio 3d player that day i pick up with missing HDMI cable. total are 3 item.
I trust he will do the refund because he is a manager. ... I am wrong.. I still buy a lot at GW and go to pick up 2-3 times per month... went I ask other employee .. in my table .. ask permits from manager.. August she gone. New employee do not know?
This month I ask I have other 5 item that missing part and not working I would like to return . I feel I am a fool. The manager was no respond and ignore untill his ANSWER ..
" I denile your refund" and I see one item left on May. result. I lose my 2 items .
I am complaint with GW and the manager answer I got refund 3 items . my point is.
I ask for my 2 items that your word to do refund which is missing from your shop!
So I LOSE MY KINECT CONSOLE AND VIZIO 3 D PLAYER. end.
Do you have any idea ? Lose 2 item and other 2 item not working $400 I loss from GW orange couty. if someone want more information I would like to share with you!
