Shyla Brianne Blair is a super con artist. She commited paternity fraud not only on my husband but 3 other men. My husband is currently paying $1200 (half of his pay) a month in child support to a non-biological child who he's never met because Shyla Blair lied to the courts stating we were in the child's life for more than 5 years. We didn't even live in the same state as her or the child. When she was pregnant with said child she told my husband it was not his child (this was before we met and married) and the 2 dna test we have now show that the child is not my husband's.

She lost custody of her 5 kids by 5 different men because of her drug abuse, child abuse and neglect, child starvation, and protitution. Then she signed over her rights to the state of TN so she wouldn't have to pay child support. And she hasn't had to pay any. The judge handling the child support case forced my husband to pay child support before any dna was taken because they sided with Shyla Blair when she lied under oath about us being in the child's life. Even though the judge knew she had 5 kids by 5 different fathers and that we lived in seperate states far from eachother.

We have never seen or met the child to this day because he lives in TN and we live in FL. Ths social worker handling her children's foster care was the one who got us the dna test or else we would have never known if it was or wasn't. We've petitioned the courts numorous times to stop child support but they deny us every time. They claim they cannot change fathers or it will hurt the child, but my husband has never met or spoken to the child. Messed up situation we're in because of this demon female, Shyla Brianne Blair.

The child is in foster care with a loving female couple and they are his only family. They want to permanently adopt him and I hope they do because he's been with them for 3 years and they love him and he loves them. Stopping child support from stealing our money will not hurt the child. They need to find his real bio father and make him pay, not us. Our real kids are going without their needs because they take so much of our money.

One of the other men she paternity frauded didn't have to pay child support but, when the dna test came back not the biological father, she threatened to kill his kids and wife. She also broke his car windows. She recently was arrested for check fraud again! There isn't anything she hasn't done. She even beat an elderly woman almost to death for the elderly woman's precription pain medicine. Her date of birth is 05/30/84 and her social is ***-**-3505. If you come accross her, avoid her at all cost.
