SilkTec – Philip Prince – Philip Mcelroy – Zane Attila Giles, Randy Morgan, Morgan Business Ventures.

In reference to this investigation we at Fraud Prevention of Belize have been contacted by authorities in China, Switzerland and the United States regarding a series of fraudulent offerings regarding these men and their business entities.  They have woven a deceiving story of claims of having a complete business to manufacture clothing and other items to sell specialty clothing and yet according to our audits they do NOT in fact have such a business.

They have taken millions of dollars from investors and have not produced any returns nor have they repaid these investors.  We at FPB have been in contact with the authorities both here in Belize and with Interpol of Europe, the FBI and the China Police.  A broad fraud case is being developed by these international agencies and will be presented to the Magistrate for warrants and arrests.  We uncovered this fraud during a audit of a Swiss based business and it is our fiduciary duty to make the following recommendation:

DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS NOR INVEST FUNDS WITH OR IN THESE BUSINESS GROUPS AS SUCH ALL MONIES WILL BE LOST
