SIMPLE MOBILE TRICKING CUSTOMER WITH UNLIMITED CALLS OVER SEAS KISSIMMEE, Florida

Since I made a lot of calls to Colombia and I have to spend serious money on calling cards I decided to look for an alternative and someone told me about Simple Mobile, but they don't include in their service calls to cell phones only to home
lines, but at the Simple Mobile store in 1628 at Pleasant Hill, in Kissimmee Florida they told me that they are selling a package for $25.00 a month plus $20 activation fee and taxes in which I will have UNLIMITED calls to Colombia to both cell and home lines, and they got me so I pay for the service, and start making my calls, the same day after 8.30 night I was unable
to make any calls to Colombia and had to go back and purchase a calling card, the next day I call and can not get any one at the store on the phone, so I drove there and they told me that they were working on the servers, the next day same history and I was there at the time the store was supposed open and wait for 20 minutes and no one came to open; later I stop and they told me the same BS about the servers and give me a number of the main office in Kissimmee and they told me a bogus history about the server and a security fixture, that according to them when I made too many calls it block my phone..what
too many? Which part of UNLIMITED I did not understood or they don't undertand? So he told me that is like a ATM machine...mmmm nobody go 20 times to the bank in one day to use the ATM, I told them this is a phone and am paying for UNLIMITED service no to get block from 8.30 pm till 9.00am the next day...

today I call they brush me off giving me a number to call, I told them that why I have to call, since I got the service from them they were supposed to find out what happen and call me back...well the customer service sucks and the called UNLIMITED is limited, so if I make too many calls they block me? What a ripoff so stay away from this people
