sitedesignandwebdevelopment.com completed a few web design projects for me.  After feeling comfortable with Miranda Hess, I engaged in what I thought to be new projects.  I pre-paid her for some coming projects.  Big mistake.

We had project deadline, which she promised to meet.  And they were small graphic projects that could have been completed within a few hours.  Well the project deadline came and passed.  Several times.  I sent several emails, which I did finally get one reply that said she was tied up.  Then I asked for an estimate on when the project could be completed.  She replied again and said next week.  Well this was about 4 months ago.  She completely ignores all emails, requests for refund, or requests to complete the work.

So, how they do business is very shady.  They gladly take your money, and have no problem with not doing the work.  So basically this money was just put into the toilet.

Thank you Miranda Hess - You taught me that even though you had completed a few projects to a satisfactory level, you have no problem whatsoever to steal people's money.  I hope people are really careful with this company.  There are many companies out there that are worthy of your business, but think twice before doing any business with this company.
