Solavei is not the problem-it's your distributor.Relationship: *Consumer SuggestionReport: Your complaint is not with Solavei, and there is no video you are referring to. The complaint should be about the distributor who I will assume signed you up for Solavei and that person sold you a bad phone.
Solavei does not sell phones direct to the public or offer free phones. They are a MLM business and use T Mobile's network.
The phone service is $49.00 and you have to buy a SIM card for $9.00. Then the service is $49.00 per month. If you sign up three people, you get a $20.00 discount per month, and there are several ways to get service free and make money. I would be happy to help you but I can't.
Solavei has 175,000 members to date and many of those operate retail locations across the country.
I am a distributor (NOT in your state), only offer new phones to my down line, and no one has ever had the problems you describe.
The complaint is with your distributor so you should file a Ripoff report about the distributor so others don't have the problems you experienced.

I suppose the autor is or was a customer? Or how does he make sure about all he said? Why doesn't he comment his experience? Mine has been good until now. I subscribed last week [you can check www(.)myphonepaysback(.)com] and didn't want to talk until I confirm the service is good. Yesterday night I got my phone I paid $99 but for this I'll get $20 from the 2nd month for 5 months, so its $100 and the phone was free. About the plan I got unlimited voice, text and the best unlimited data plan in the market with 4gigs at 4g and then the rest 2g.
So, if everything works good, this is a grate oportunity. I hope more customers comment their experiences.
