I have account id "Gigolo" in Solid Trust Pay. I did fund my account. STP did suspend my account. I did send my document twice but on last ticket STP did not reply. Solid Trust Pay stole more than $60 from My account. Tell it to everybody!!

Question/Issue:  Dear Madame/Sir, my account is temporaly disabled because I atempt to login from diferent IP addresss. I have no static IP address. It is changed every time when I switch off/on a modem or every few hours. My IP in now 89.201.191.156 but it may be other address in very short time. Yesterday I did fund account and I try check status of transaction. Last time it was "pending". Please release it block. If I must call You, please give me phone number. But my english is very humble (bad speak).

SolidTrust Pay has introduced new security measures to ensure the integrity of your data; we see that you have accessed your account from another country.  Please send documentation to validate your current address; - your recent access from another Country indicates your profile is not current.

Standard Verification requires the following:
1. Government issued, non-expired, UNALTERED photo ID (passport, drivers license, country card)
2. Recent phone bill matching the name, phone number and address as registered in your profile.
You may send your documents to verifications@solidtrustpay.com.  
If you do not currently reside in the country you have accessed your account from (for example on a business trip etc),please inform us so we may set your account to roaming then provide a copy of your passport with the entry stamp to your current country.
3. Please know that Solid Trust pay has introduced a security feature blocking multiple accounts from signing up with the same IP. This is a security measure to prevent fraud.

Sorry for incovicience but tell me something about my account. I need it money. If problem is in name of account, it not it what You think. :-) Gigolo is Linux program for handle remote server. In reviewing this individual's complaint, it is completely unwarranted and inaccurate.  They simply did not wait the full 14 days for their documents to be reached and verified.  They are, and have been, completely bank verified. 

Their $60 was spent by them to another online company on March 14, 2013 so hardly 'stolen' by SolidTrust Pay.  Their ticket responses clearly advised them of the verification timeframe.  Their account suspension was automatic due to our security measures kicking in when an out of country login was noted on their account and cleared after the documents were received.
