Solis Production Eddie Solis or Santos BRIDES BEWARE....TOTAL SCAM 11072 Ledgement Lane, Winderemere, Florida

The Sales Rep name was Santos phone number 407-446-2952. The rep claimed he was one of the Partners of Solis Production & he had real power over heavy discounts, & we were going to get a great rate if we paid in full.My parents paid 100% in full, 2600.00. After we Paid in Full never heard from them again...the rep went on a 2 week vacation during the busiest wedding season (weird?), I arranged my engagement photo's with their independent contract myself. 

We had conflicts with the scheduling, details etc and tried to contact them to make changes. NO ONE returned phone calls until my parents contested it on their card because my parents felt they were not holding up their end of the contract. Santos called me screaming rude comments, we ruined their business, & he couldnt book 4 weddings because of me? Once he calmed down, when I explained why and changes were underway he said OK. Santos agreed to cancel the contract & said Eddie would call my dad & work it out that has never happened.  instead they submitted emails to my parents' credit card company fighting this charge to get the full 2600 back on my parents card.

They have never contacted us to work out the details and now they went bankrupt, packed up and disappeared. I cannot be the only bride caught up in this vicious scandal, 2600.00 was a HUGE part of my budget and Solis Productions has ruined everything.

I have begged Santos to let my parents out of the contract we never signed, refund the money & just move on. The wedding was well over a year away when this whole mess started, why cant they release the 2600 back to my parents there is no contract signed between any parties. Eddie Solis is bankrupt how can they hold up anything. Not returning phone calls & disappearing, they just stole money right out of our pockets. How can they get away with this!!! Please advise
