My daughter has a terminal illness and lives on a fixed income. She had moved out of an 1240 N. Sierra Way, San Bernadino, Ca on September 1, 2010 and moved into 1262 N. Sierra Way...She had called to cancel service at her old address and transfer service to her new address. S.C.E. never shut off the service in her old apartment even after new tennants moved in and my daughter is being charged for 6 months of power for her old address plus her new address and the tennants at her 1240 Sierra Way wasnt charged for any service.
We been trying to get them to take this off her bill ever since and now her power is about to be turned off because the bill is 739. 65 for both residents.
My daughter could die if she is left without power and air conditioning.
