Fire Gary Kelly!   This guy is a CPA by trade.  He obviously has ZERO skills with dealing with the public!

I have flown Southwest for over thirty years and have never experianced such crooked actions by Southwest.    Were is HERB when this demon is cheatting his old customers and loyal flyers?

Prices have gone up, flight prices now vary dependant on the time of day and TRY and use a Rapid Rewards ticket after you have earned 16 paid flight! 

My wife and I have purchased two (2) flights because we had made family plans already but couldn't get free flights using our RR free tickets.  We spent over two weeks trying but the SEATS allocated were gone or the flight times were so bad that we had to pass. 

Enjoying an EARNED free ticket is not fun when you have to be up at 4:00 Am to make a 6:00 Am flight and or take flights that are the worst of the time slots with long layover and numerous connections and change of planes!   Gary, I have a heart condition and I have spent my life flying SWA and this is a filthy way to say thanks!!!! 

The reservationist actually told my wife that "Paying Customers were more important" thus they got priority reservations.  Herb and SWA Board of Directors FIRE Gary Kelly unless you approve of his GREEDY and MANIPULATING actions that have both your customers and employee's mad at SWA!

GARY KELLY your greedy mind has destroyed the goodwill and name that HERB spent a lifetime building!

I will continue to do let people know how SWA is cheating and manipulating its passengers by mail and word of mouth.   I encourage every SWA passenger to post their feelings, talk about SWA to one another and maybe we can get this jerk GARY KELLY fired and SWA will hire someone with human decency to rebuild the airlien!!!
