This Bank is terriable. I had a checking account with them, my account got overdrawn. I tried to resolve it with them. Then without notice they closed my account and reported it to Chexsystems. I went in to the branch in Worcester, Mass.

I tried to explain to the branch manager that I was almost in the hospital due to a major medical condition. They didnt care. They said there nothing we can due but you can call this phone number. So, I called that number many times to square away this issue. No one answered. So, I went into a branch again was rudly treated. I complained then recieved a letter from a collection agency. This is on a 165.00 bill.

I cant imagine what they would be like if I owed a mortgage or car loan to them. I want to warn other people so this doent happen to them. They have one of the worst customer service rateings I have ever seen on the internet and have experienced myself.  This is a very bad business to deal with. I have been unable to resolve this issue from day 1 now its 6 months later. They couldnt even give me a corporate address or legal dept address. If you value your credit dont deal with this bank...

AUTHOR: Truth Detector - (U.S.A.)

I have 4 other accounts with about 1,000,000.00 in each account. So, I dont think a bank is going to say no to that kind of money. This bank was down rite rude to me.

Oh this is PRICELESS...

Headline:

Overdrafting deadbeat becomes multi-millionaire...then complains about $165 letter from collection agency.

Whatever you're smoking to help you get away from reality, pass it around to the rest of the group...

"I have 4 other accounts with about 1,000,000.00 in each account. So,"

The sound of your credibility flushing down the toilette.

LMAO!  You couldn't figure out how to take a paltry $165 from one of these 4 accounts that have about $1,000,000 in them and PAY the bloody $165?

Yeah right!  Ooops.  I mean yeah rite.

I think I get it.

Look at the original post, Jim's reply, and the OP's follow up.    Jim inferred a bit more about the OP's actions than the OP actually stated (pretty easy to guess, really).  So, now the OP is convinced that Jim (working for the bank :-) ) was posting private "banking information".   He apparently can see no other reason that Jim would know these things about him.

To the OP :  The actions you reported that the bank took are very specific.  If you know how banks work, it is very easy to guess exactly what you did to end up where you are now.  No inside "banking information" required.

If you overdraw and don't pay it back in a timely manner, the bank will close your account, report you to a check verification company and send the account off to collections.    You are not special.  They do this to everyone who stiffs them.

Do not expect to get another account anytime soon at any bank.  Now that they all know about you, they won't touch you with a ten foot pole.

Are you slow?  You do realize this is a public forum, and you are NOT speaking directly to the bank, right?  All who posted responses to your complaint, are just frequent visitors to this site.

You are reading it correctly. The op does indeed think that Jim is the bank.

The only one who posted anything specific about the bank is the OP.

hello??

Jim does NOT work for the bank. He put 2 and 2 together. Banks are a BUSINESS, not a babysitter. YOU signed for your bank account and agreed to the banks terms of service and rules. You  broke the rules. YOU overdrew YOUR account. YOU chose not to pay back the money of the banks and the fees you agreed to when you signed up for the account. YOU then got reported to chexsystems which all banks will do so now YOU can not have a bank account because YOU are too irresponsible. YOU lost your job on your own if you got fired due to crappy credit. And YOU will never make it thru life if YOU keep blaming all of YOUR problems on everyone else.

Federal Law....

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, December 20, 2009

That's FUNNY.   You are upset that someone said YOU overdrew your account when you admitted it when YOU wrote the original report.  In addition to that no one knows your name, unless of course your name is Anonymous.

Here is the facts. The ONLY reason you are in ChexSystems is because you had an Overdraft YOU did not pay back.  Most banks give you anywhere from 45-90 days before they do this.  Also, what exactly is "almost" in the hospital, is that like "almost" pregnant?

In your case since you said that you have not over drafted for over a year, and you have been dealing with this for 6 months, they appeared to give you at least the 90 days but probably more.  This is NO different than any other bank would do in fact if it was more than 90 days it is MORE than other banks.  Unfortunately now that you are in ChexSystems you can say good-bye to an account at any regular bank until you take care of that amount.  At least for the next 5 years.

I do have one correction on your last statement...

For the people reading this article, Beware of this Bank!!!!!!!!!!!!...IF You overdraft your account and do not pay the bank bank.

Soverign Responds Publicly about my account.

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, December 20, 2009

I read how you stated I have an overdraft history on my account. Thank you for posting my bank information publicly. I thought there was a federal law against that. Let me state that I havnt been overdrawn in over a year. And isint that how you make your money off the customers. isint it human nature you feed off, everytime someone makes a mistake you make money. Its called being evil. I was a customer for several years. And you didnt only do this you called another place and tried to damage my employment. Lets get this in the open so at least you cant do it to anyone else. I hope your happy you also got me fired from my job. So, I hope people read this article and know how revengeful your bank is. And mabye if the FEDS read this article they will find out who you are and investigate why you disclosed my banking information online. I was only useing my freedom of speech, your bank just disclosed my personal information without my written permission to the general public.

For the people reading this article, Beware of this Bank!!!!!!!!!!!!

"If You Value Your Credit???"

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, December 20, 2009

Your account didn't suddenly, magically..."got overdrawn"...!  YOU overdrew the account!  YOU incurred numerous NSF fees.  Because of YOUR reputation, Chexsystems was alerted because YOU have a history of overdrawing YOUR account.

So, if you value your credit, DON'T OVERDRAW YOUR ACCOUNT!

Its the bank's fault, right??
