My husband talked to a guy named Mitchell who assured us that everything he said to us, even though it all sounded to good to be true, that it was all Legit! We should have known better! This guy is a JERK, he's VERY unproffesional, and a LIAR!!! He kept telling my husband over and over again that he would be getting his so called package in the mail the next couple days, it NEVER happened! Finally after about 4 or 5 times of this, it was about 10 days till his 30 days were up, he told Mitchell he wanted his money back. The guy said OK, nothing following that or anything. Well a week went by he kept asking where his money was, and the guy kept giving him the run around. He would answer my husbands phone calls saying I will call u back in so and so minutes, and NEVER returned his calls. My husband kept having to call back, and he would NEVER answer, so my husband would text him telling him he wanted his money back, and the guy would NEVER budge! Finally I got fed up with it, and emailed them myself on their facebook, telling them that we needed our money back, or I would be turning them into the bbb, hiring a lawyer and taking them to small claims court, and whatever else it took to take them down.
Apparently he does NOT believe me...He has been a smart a** about the whole situation, telling me to go ahead and crap like that! He finally called me after I had to tell him to about 2 times. The whole phone conversation I was practically YELLING at him, b/c he was calling me and my husband a LIAR! Telling me that we needed to send in a written form requesting our refund, although he did NOT tell my husband that whenever he had told him that he wanted his money back. He claimed that he did, and I told him, that no he didnt, bc if he had my husband would have done it that second! He then proceeded to tell me that it wasn't "proffesional" of my husband to text him instead of calling him. I told him very bluntly that it was NOT my husbands job to be the proffesional one, that they were the business, not him. He is so rude! Then he proceeded to tell me that since our 30 days was up that he would "talk" to his accounting to see about getting our money back, even though my husband told him before the 30 days that he wanted his money back! This company is the biggest JOKE, I have ever had to deal with! Whatever you do, DO NOT send them your money, you will NOT get anything in return, nor will you get your money back!!!!

I would not waste my time to write something so long against a company if I was lying. Also your response to my statement is the SAME response you have to most if not all of your complaints on this website!
Also we DID request our money back before the 30 days were up, but Mitchell did not inform us that we needed to send in a written request. He just claims that it said to do it on the welcome letter! First of all it doesn't matter where it said to do it, he could have told us when my husband said " I want my money back" but no all he said was OK, he didn't follow that up with anything to help us out! He wanted to rip us off, but of course that's what this company is all about, so no surprise there!
Yeah and your little link to see that the guy did get his money back...yeah look how long it took, and look at all the complaining he did beforehand! You people are JERKS, and live to rip people off, that's how you make your money, by stealing other peoples money! If BBB, small claims, or police report won't do anything, theres always Karma, and I believe it will come back to your so called business so hard, and I will sit back and laugh my a*s off knowing that you smart a** people will be screwed in the end!

This is a False Statement
A gentleman read some bad reviews and quickly wrote a bad one about us BEFORE his 30 days were up, but we saw this and he asked for a refund within his 30 days and wrote a retraction and STATES THE REFUND CAME IN!

HE WAS IN his 30 period, and WAS refunded... He was scared we wouldnt honor it, posted here on ROR, but we DID honor our policy and NOT scared to admit this report is out there cuz it shows we ARE LEGIT!!
AGAIN FACTS!!! Not just complainers listing nonsense...
Companies will all ways have people not happy or satisfied its the way the biz world is.. and WE ARE a biz trying to make money to pay a staff, a office lease and GROW. We never have lied and said we are a charity.. so if our employees get paid from the "service fees" we charge show us how thats a "Scam"..
Also find me ONE post were some says: "they WORE all the logos, went to shows, and DID EVERYTHING we asked them to prove to sponsors they earned it, and they didnt get it... all the negative posts are SPAM by our competitors, non clients, and people who didnt follow our advice... sorry but true...
