Sponsored Whips False advertising, Ignores customers, denyes refund Wilmington Delaware

 I began working with Mitch at Sponsored Whips. In part from their adds but mostly from his promise of sponsorship. As with every other post here I was in contact everyday, just as requested. Upon their reciept of payment and the returned paperwork Mitch began distancing himself. On every text or phone call, of which I was always the one reaching out, he began responding with "tmrw" (Tomorrow). He neve called or responded. When I Texted him and called him on never meeting his commitments and always brushing me off he again replies

Mitch - I am out for prsnl issue is tmrw ok?

ME - Tmrw was last week! Trying not yo be an a*s but when a commitment is broken repeatedly is starts to ware on me. My notice and reviews go out Monday unless convinced otherwise. Reviews on every forum and group I am on. I have a lot of people awaiting this. I was and am ready to promote you and others products. The question is ARE YOU READY FOR ME TOO?.

Mitch - Ok call me tmrw

ME - At this time I expect the call. I have replied and met EVERY requested commitment. So far I paid you not the other way around. You can call me and show your commitment to this as I have.

Within 5 minutes of this I recieve a call from Mitch and he begins reaming my a*s off for texting him like that. He starts ranting on how he has a personal issue and has been dealing with that. When I finally nmanaged to get a word in, I told him that everyday I called him he made no mention of any issues. I told him he ALWAYS promised a call but never did. He then hung up on me.

Having had enough I typed a cancle letter and mailed it USPS requesting a signature on delivery. This was Oct 2,2013. The Postal Service showes a failed delivery and a notice left two days later. I contacted the Post Office and they said that Sponsored Whips needed to either now pick it up of call for re-delivery. I contacted Mitch and let him know of the attempted delivery and the package, with ALL materials and shirt were at the Post Office. This was all within the 30 day time period.

As of today 11/20/2013 I have not received a refund. My Wife just called me saying the package was returned as not picked up. So Mitch chose to ignor the package and let it set at the Post Office so they did not have to return the money.

I am completing a Consumer Fraud case with the Delaware Attorney General. Sponsored Whips, Mitch told me straigh out he could get me a cash sponsorship for at least my monthly car payments. Also that due to the quality of my car getting additional advertisers would be no issue. Their site continues to advertise they have products awaiting to send to whoever signs up with them. They even show pictures of those items they claim to have. This is false advertising and misled me and others to sign-up with Sponsored Whips. I am claiming fraud and mis-resempentation not contract issues for this complaint.

I will add that my car is activly raced in both SCCA and NASA events. this Summer it was in over 20 shows and draws a crowd at every event. Ive been building cars for over 30 years so I know what I'm doing.

The first of November I contacted a performance parts provider, on my own, and recieved a Sponsorship. If I could do this with one letter there is no reason Sponsored Whips shuld not have had me several, if they actually do what they claim.

I do have copys of every transaction, every text and reciepts from the Post Office. Mitch or anyone else at Sponsored whips can say lie or call foul. But they can not disprove anything I have said or show they have done anything to provide me any assistance.

FYI - They banned me from their Facebook when I asked about some rims they had for the next person to sign up. This was after I was with them only 1 week. They banned me from their Instagram when I asked is anyone knew of ANYONE that had received anything form them. When I called Mitch about the letter at the Post Office he had no idea who I was as he had already deleted me from his contacts. This was all befor the thirty day window.
