i live in barrington point from my understanding the same people who out the park here also own ashley pointe and numerous other parks here. its not so much about the deposit getting returned im sure the will figure out how to keep it. my issue is when i first moved in and had to sighn a lease agreement for the lot i sighned the papers on the 6th of november and my fiance sighned on the 7th but i still got charged a late fee becouse everyone else had to pay by the 5th. also i was charged a 350 outside walk aroung inspection fee. but yet they did not fill in the big whole right in the pasth to my front door and according to the fire marshall there is no outside inspection in a trailor park the have to be inside inspection and the inspector has to be licensed .i also had a 8 year old boxer that was my dead mothers dog. i was told i had to get rid of her and i did. the park said she was to big and the said she was too much like a pittbull and they are strickly forbidden in here. i told the manager my dog was not a pitt and other people in here have bigger dogs than mine. i was told the big dogs where here when they bought the park so nothing can be done but all the dogs im speaking of are not that old and she knows that. plus i have nothing against mexicans some of my best friends come from mexico but in here are are alot that are illegal. there are some homes in here that have alot of guys living in one place that is supposed to be against the rules and they have pittbulls but the management is fine with that. when i say anything to her she threatens to throw me and my family out. i want to move but dont have the money right now but i wish i could find a lawyer that would take a law suit for me. landlords like the one we have should have to be responsible for their actions but the owners have alot of money and lawyers so they get by with anything the want. if there is a layer willing to do this please let me know thank you.
