On 11/27/2007, I signed up online to Stamps. com. I used their service only one time and decided it was to much trouble, and complications.

It was supposed to be a four(4) week trail. I called in and told the lady(rose) that I spoke to that I decided that it was to much trouble, however she insisted on letting her explain to me how it works and that I had $5.00 (Five Dollars) worth of free stamps from the company. She explained to me how it works, but I continued to have trouble trying to get into their online store.

I e-mailed them on serveral occassions to let them know I was having problems getting on line to them so please cancel me out of their program.

However they continued to go into my account and take out payments. Then on 02/21/2008, I recieved another e-mail from them stating that they were waiving my fee for 1 month., and that they were sending me a complimentary scale. I e-mailed them again., but in a few days the scale came anyway. I have never used it.

I have e-mails and bills that they send to me still and I also have all my bank statements showing that they are constantly going into my account taking money from it.

I don!t feel as through people have to change all their accounts and wait 10 days to recieve anothe card before they can do their business are go to the store without going to the bank first. It!s unfair to people for companies to be able to get away with this type of thing and get a pat on the back for it.I truly hope someone can help me with this matter.

However I am going to complain to everyone I can even if I have to go as far as to the President of the united Sates, Senators, Congress and to court if I have to in order to stop this. I have tried to be nice about this for going on two years now.

My last e-mail I sent them was about 3 months ago and ask them to put my funds back into my account, they have not responded and continue to go into it whenever they feel like it. I am on Disability and it is constantly haveing my bank come up with insufficent funds charges of $30.00 when my other bills can not be paid. Something needs to be done about this company. The last lady I talked to was Nicole.
