Staright Talk/Walmart Fraud and Misrepresentation on Cell Phone Plans Maimi, Florida

Que pendejo...What a fool. I wish I had read the reviews on Staright Talk prior to switching to their service a month ago. They lied about their Unlimited Data Plan and after I was disconnected from their data services two weeks ago, all they could do was to ask for me to change my monthly plan from $45 to $60 a month. They require you to have access to Wifi in order to reduce their data service obligations. When you call their customer services center your call is sent to the Phillipines where the staff is unable to speak English clearly and always report that their computer systems are down. Shame on Striaght Talk and Walmart, who as their agent (point of purchase) has to lie about the cellphone services and their plans. BOYCOTT Straight Talk and run to the nearest competitor and avoid this problem. Call the FCC and your State Attorny General and file complaints against both these companies.
