I have a son and an ex wife. The ex wife and me decided to get along one day out of the blue. Great! Lovely! What a surprise!

We decided to take off of work to go down to friend of the court. Of course, we could not reach anyone on the phone, but after trying ENDLESSLY and several numbers later. We FINALLY did. They told us that we would have to come down to the state of Michigan, Friend of the court. 645 Griswald Detroit mi. So we went down on our day off at 7:30 in the morning as we were instructed to do. There till one o'clock in the afternoon waiting. We were finally be seen and told that they only do that paperwork on a certain day of the week. We had to come back. We could see a judge of a referee when we came back. The second time, we were there at 7:30 am waiting in the COLD. When they opened and we were in the building. THEY told us that they could only see a certain amount of people. WE would have to come back.

They were already at their limit. The THIRD trip. THANK GOD. We finally made it. 7 am and we were filling out our paperwork at 2:30 or 2:45 in the afternoon. We FINNALY were called in to be seen. We were sitting there talking to this gentleman. He then informs us that NO we are NOT going to see a judge or referee today. We have to fill out MORE paperwork and then wait for a court date to be set. OH MY GOD!!!! The fourth trip. The FOURTH unpaid day off work for both of us.. Mind you, we are paying 14.50 a pop for parking. Not including the outrageous price of a water and small bag of chips. We finally get down there on the 4th trip at 8 am. We FINALLY get to see a referee. At 2:45 in the f-ing afternoon. Just to be told they would not drop the child support. We wanted to do it between ourselves. So if more was needed or less was needed we could handle it ourselves. We wanted fewer people involved for the sake of our child. They absolutely would not do it. They are out of their minds!!!

I explained to them that I still continue to have contact with my ex wife other than being an ex husband. I do any of the household repairs that are needed. I give her money besides the child support. I help to clothe and feed not just my son but her daughter. All the while from the settlement in the divorce, she owes me over 7500 dollars. I still do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING she asks or wants of me. Screw the fact that I am a MILITARY SERVICE MEMEBER OF OVER 14 YEARS. Forget that I am an American, my ex wife and myself should be able to be parents to our child between us. The FOC sees different. They would not let us drop the child support through them. They told us that it us unnecessary, they can't trust fathers. EVEN, the ones that come forward, who are not behind in any child support. That to ensure the child's safety and welfare, that payments must continue through them. Obviously its because, they are charging me $17.50 PER check. They are arrogant. Useless.

When they are unnecessary they fill the need to be in everyone's business. When they are necessary, they do not want to have anything to do with you. The Wayne County Friend of the Court, State of Michigan is: a rip-off, bastards, useless, no ethics, dishonest, fraudulent, scam, money hungry, gold digging system!!!!!!!!!
