Please do not buy from this company.  I bought a free standing steam shower from Novak & Company (SteamShowers4Less)on 5/04/10. We finally received the shower the 1st week of July. On Aug 8th my husband was assembling the shower when one of the glass panels broke in his hands and shattered all over the bathroom and cut my husbands hands and arms. I contacted Novak & Co.the very next day because there is a warranty. Dave told me that he did not know if the warranty covered the glass and he would have to get back to me. He also suggested that we take it to a glass store and have it replaced. We could not have the glass replaced by a local store because the piece of glass was specially molded. He contacted me by phone and told me that the glass would be covered by I had to pay the shipping charge from Indiana. I was told that it would be 6 weeks before I received the new piece. On 8/12 I emailed pictures of the shower and the broken pieces. Dave emailed back and said he would keep me posted. I spoke to Dave on Sept. 1st or 2nd and he told me it would be another 8 weeks. I also looked at their web site and they had four of the same exact shower. I asked Dave if they could send me one of those pieces. He said he would look into it. On Sept. 3rd I emailed Dave asking him why either one of us had to pay for shipping because the glass breakage was because of a weak spot in the glass. (This is safety glass and can have weak spots when made). I emailed Dave on 10/11/10 to ask what the situation was on the shower panel. I have not heard back from him. I let this go long enough and sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. They had no luck trying to resolve this problem.  The company never responded.  I did get a call about three weeks ago that the glass panel was in the U.S. but they had no idea exactly where.  This is the last I have heard from this company.  It has been months and my bathroom is still at a standstill because of the shower panel I am missing. I have a makeshift shower curtain up because we need to use the shower.  I also would like to point out that if a small child ever hit one of those glass panels with anything hard and broke it the child would be cut and small pieces of glass could get in their eyes and mouth. It took me two hours to clean all the little pieces of glass out of my bathroom and we were still finding pieces the next two days.  I now have to spend more money to have this shower replaced. I will buy from Lowes or Home Depot before I do this again.  I am also contacting the Attorney General in Indiana and possibly Small Claims Court.
