Stellar Phoenix Photo Recovery Digital River Total Ripoff Cologne Nationwide

I had an issue yesterday where half of a particular photo i had is all greyed out and the other part was normal 

I looked online for a software that was able to remove this so i could get back my photo again 

I found this company ,downloaded the free software,and eureka it worked and the whole photo was showing in preview ...i thought problem sorted and decided to purchase the software in order to have the photo ;-}

Minutes after sure enough it worked again and when i downloaded the photo to my pc the photo was clear as i wanted but instead of the normal 4 MB pix camera i now had a thumbnail of the photo with exactly 6 kilobites ..

I contacted support and i could tell from the written english on the email that the support was situated in India which is odd considering the business site shows as business being american ,,,but nevermind i advised support of what had happended and then they asked reay odd unrpofessional questions back such as 

1 ) I the file corrupted ?

2 ) Can you provide the original photo ) had already sent on the first email ...

Anyway it was around 9 questions and after i sent it the support advised that they were not obliged to issue refund according to the contract to issue a refund because the software had been able to provide with a photo ...i explained that instead of a full bloom photo as the original i now had a photo the size of one of my nails and i could not see or make it bigger therefore i was not getting the original

I then said for them to check on theyre own webiste where it states and i quote:

" Refund to be issued if / when we are unable to recover the full version of the photo "

I advised that this obviously was not the original full version of the photo ...and refund was not accepted

Please please no NOT pruchase anything from this company they make you pay for something that does not do the job and as you can see i am not the only with issues with this company .there LOTS OF bad reviews about this company its products and its service
