This company's website has a refund guarantee which states"
"What happens if I decide to drop out of my program?
Once you enroll in a program, you'll have up to 14 days to review the first study module. If you decide for any reason not to continue, you can contact the school and return the module to Stratford Career Institute with a brief note stating that you do not wish to continue. You will have absolutely no further obligation. After 14 days, cancellation fees may be applicable based on the trade school regulations where you reside."
I never received a study module so I cancelled the course. Now they are demanding $198.61 in cancellation fees and for materials which I did not receive.

Same thing happened to me they are a real rip off

I have just had the same thing happen to me now they say i owe them money I am going to take the advice and file a complaint with the postal service this company is a real rip off so far the BBB of canada was absolutly useless. I found they are not really in Washington DC like they claim but in Canada. They are realy a low class outfit I have used PCDI and they are much better in every way.

Well, a complaint to the U.S Postal Ispector for mail fraud produced results. Stratford decided to dismiss it's claim for reimbursement for materials I never received. A similar complaint to the Better Business Bureau of Washington D.C. produced no results.
