Success Advocates My Funding Resources Government Grant Money Scam Sandy, Utah

My mother was contacted by Success Advocates about acquiring a government grant for $300,000. The agreement was that she pay $4,605 for them to begin processing her application (filing fee) for the government grant. If after 30 days if she did not receive the government grant, her $4,605 filing fee would be refunded. 

She called Success Advocates to touch base after not hearing back from them for a while. Success Advocates informed her that it would take 90 days to 6 months for her to get my money?!  She complained and mentioned that was not part of the original deal. Success Advocates transferred her to another company called Area Financial.

Charles Howe from Area Financial informed her that they were associated with Success Advocates and asked for an addional $13,850 to process the grant in 30 days which she paid. This was not the original agreement. They keep changing the original agreement and adding new "fee's".

This is obviously a scam outfit.  She contacted me after the fact. If you do a google search for these guys they are "obviously" a scam outfit based out of Sandy Utah. I wish she would have conctacted me first... They basically robbed her of $18,455. They have done nothing except play her a recorded message about acquiring a home loan??? Oh, and ask for more money..
