First of all this is NOT a modeling agency. Not even close. When real talent and modeling agencies inform their models and families about how to spot a "modeling scam" they refer to this place! They even pull up his website to show! This guy is a fraud. The way this works: You are brought to an appointment at his home a.k.a. "office". Its creepy and completely a big red flag,  then you are told you HAVE to have a portfolio made by his in house photographer (his work is of very poor outdated quality) and it will cost you $1, 000+, then he adds you to his fake website (most of which his represented models are fake or pictures stolen off the internet),

then you never hear from him again and you surely get no work because NO ONE in the talent/modeling/casting/film/print world from either Dallas, Austin, Louisiana would EVER use an "agency" such as this. In the REAL talent/modeling world you do not need a portfolio.... in fact not one casting director wants to see one. That would be ridiculous to look through x 50 models several times a day. All you need are 2 head shots and those can come from ANY professional photog! You are not booked from a random guy's website. I'm so tired of people getting ripped off from this place.

I hear it over and over. His online reviews (the overly positive ones) are fraudulent and made BY himself and he deletes all the negative ones.  There has been literally hundreds of negative reviews yet not one to be found online.  Hummm... This agency has been reported to the attorney general.  If you are serious about getting into the business come to Dallas or Austin where the real creditable agencies are. No real agency is going to be located at a home in Arlington and a real agency will not ask you for ANY money what so ever! Complete fraud. Stay away!!!!!!!

Maybe to harsh...I apologize

You know I think I was to harsh. I want to say I believe the owner is probably a nice guy but I wish he was more truthful in his business.  You mostly do promotional type stuf.  Don't lead parents to think their kid is going to do any modeling work. But I apologize for such a harsh report.
