Superior Rentals Debra Felderhoff Slum Lord !! Lees Summit, Missouri

 I have only met Debra once for about 3 minutes while cleaning out her rental house at cedar st. I am only about 50% convinced that she even has any idea of the goings on in this company. The sheisty minions in her employ however are absolutely unprofessional!!! Their haled ringleader is a glorified made with subpar customer service ability, and leaves a great deal to be desired as a business manager. The deposits that are being ripped off, are likely to be being taken without Debra's knowledge. Possible. I recently ended my services with them as the bookkeeper is an obvious sheiter. Paying help out of Debra's business account and then justifying some reason to take money from them after they've busted hump to

clean, and repair vacates to turn over to the next renter, and cutting another check out of her personal account. All the properties I worked were left in fair share by the vacating tenants, so to hear of unreturned deposits beguiles me. Mini blinds and stove drip pans being deducted is dumb. They are the most highly used things in a home!! Wear and tear, is not a valid deductible for a security deposit. I will see what my paycheck has on it this week so when I make my report to the IRS my records will be complete. Very unprofessional help this lady has working for her. Definitely could use a quality control specialist. I mean, at least as long as they are blowing so much money for unnecessary crap, why not another employee to rip off?!!?

I have been with Superior Rentals for 3yrs plus and Debra Felderhoff is the best landlord I have ever had. She takes care of any repairs that need done. She is very caring and keeps her properties up.
