Supple The infomercial tells how easy it is to return if dissatisfied. Not true! Waited 20 mins to speak to rep. There are added fees one is not expecting and doesn't get credit for. A big deal is made about the free book yet one has to pay $5.95 for s & h. The book isn't worth $5.95. It's packed in the same box as supple and yet it gets it's own s & h chg. I have to ship back via UPS which is very expensive. I will never buy anything from television again! Neenah Wisconsin

The infomercial makes it a point of how easy it is to return supple, if one is not happy with it.  This is not the case.  After 2 weeks and no results, I decided to return.  on the packing slip it says you must call co. To get RMA # to return.  I waited 30 mins before I was able to speak to a human.  Couldn't understand rep.  Find out there are all sorts of hidden fees.  One receives a "free" paperback book but must pay $5.95 s & h.  Book isn't actually free

. I have to ship the box back via UPS.  They are very expensive.  They have no ability to have UPS pick up pkg.  I have a broken back and hand so can't drive to UPS.  They didn't care.  

 I will never purchase off infomercial again.
