i bidded on a cell phone alltel treo 650 and got it. they shipped it to me and the battery would only charge to 86%. i emailed them and they said to buy a battery, i did. when i put in the new battery the phone started clicking and the phone started flashing on and off. i took the phone and the battery to 3 different alltel stores and they all said that the phone was no good. when the bidding ended this company shut down on ebay. i was able to get in touch with them and they gave me the address to send it back to. so now am waiting for them to ship me another. will keep rip off posted

Why report this under Alltel?

Why are you posting this here? You didn't buy the phone from Alltel and Alltel had nothing to do with the malfunction. In fact, it was even covered by the manufacturer warranty once it was resold.
You gripe is with the company you bought the phone from.
People learn to do research. Don't blame Alltel for YOUR mistakes.
