Today, many trucking companies utillize baited questions and do not record the baited question, but try to capture the answer or response you make over the telephone and entrap the recorded answer to use against owner operator. Many trucking companies intentionally try to sabatoge the economic capacity of the owner operator in an effort to force them to sign over their truck. The closer you are to payoff the more the want to take your truck from you.
