But get a copy of your DAC first.

Swift & PAM not connected

My fiance drives for PAM Transport and has for 2 years now...and I'm pretty sure the two companies aren't connected. Swift is based in Phoenix, AZ and PAM is based in Tontitown, AR. I'm not sure how Swift does it, but PAM made sure he was good to go before he went to training.
www.PAMdrivers.com might help.

A VERY easy solution!

Manny,
That DAC / USIS report is governed under the same rules as a credit report, so you have the right of dispute and also have the right to enter a 100 word statement.
If anyone says you had a conviction, the burden of proof is ON THEM to prove that statement to be true.
You should immediately file a lawsuit on the company that put the bogus info on your DAC report.
This is an increasingly common practice of trucking companies to retaliate and attempt to blackball a driver who quits or holds them accountable.
Don't let them get away with it. Sue them for your damages they have caused you.

Trucking is a dirty business

Just a suggestion for you in the future, try to hit truck driver forums (use a search engine)...I know a few but don't know how the admin feels about posting links to other sites). Before you sign on with a company, search the cdl A / truck driver forums for feedback. If they have a slew of negative comments, conduct your life as though they don't exist.
Trucking is a dirty business...they turnover rate is insane and the "shortage" is manufactured. But if you can make it past the first 3, 6, 9, 12 months of OTR B*S*, then you get a better local job.
I considered SWIFT, and I'm still looking...not to be an AH*le about it but I try to do my research on everything...if its any consolation, I still get taken sometimes - even with due diligence.
Bad news...since you got your CDL with SWIFT, you'll definitely have a slightly harder time getting into a new company, but won't be impossible. SWIFT's rep is well-known in the trucking industry - and its a bad rep to have. At least your DAC is intact, and you have your CDL...just be prepared to be re-trained. If your next Co. is bad, stick it out for 3mos if you can...then look local...leave if you must and try somewhere else...once you have the 3-6 months OTR, start looking.
God Bless.
