Systems & Services Technologies Account paid in full in August, 2007. Unidentified service charges & interest are applied, and no one will reply, but continue to call daily St. Louis Missouri

Original loan with NDB Bank, August, 1997, payments made using stubs from payment book. SST assumed this loan in September, 1997, we were not advised, and continued sending payments to NBD address, until one was returned by mail. Received call from SST regarding no payment, at which time they advised that we should have been receiving monthly statements from them (did not), having difficulties with mail to Canada, as system couldn't put extra postage on. Made payment immediately, still using coupon book.

August, 2007, our last payment was due, and stub advised to request statement, which we did (payment received August 14th), balance should be 0. No statement received. Demanding calls started in September, as balance showed outstanding. Many calls, and finally transferred to a supervisor, who had difficulty faxing out. Received statement via mail, October 18th.

Statement had 7x$30.00 charges and 10X$5.00 from September/October 2003, = $260.00. Demand for payment was $287.49, $27.49 we assume is compound interest. Bombardment of calls continued, and finally a rep agreed to research, as these charges did not show up on the computer screen. Have not had a reply, still getting calls, and does not seem to be a resolution.
