On july 12, 2014, I ordered on Syzygy company an USB Atari Joystick, for an amount of 37.74 USD (shipping included).
My order details are still on the website :

After several mails and a tense and lively discussion with Syzygy header, I finally got a refund. I had to show him the ripoff report to get a reaction from his side, but the most important is that I've finally got my money back.
I had to wait 3 months after my credit card was charged, but everything ended well.
