I have had T Mobile coverage since November 2009, after having AT&T service, which was really no service!  Since November I have had my Blackberry replaced twice for a total of three phones (refurbished no doubt), two SIM card replacements and I drop calls all the time!  Upon going through all their "trouble tickets", customer service and local store assistance (which was none at all), I was told my phone did not have problems.  I could not even sit in my living room and carry on a conversation.  My calls would drop and give me a "call failed" more times than I can count.  On my last attempt, I was informed by T Mobile 611 to call from a landline.  I went into my local store to do just that and was told I had to give them detailed information on my "failed" calls; whom I was speaking to, time, date, who their carrier was, etc..................I had been complaining about this for MONTHS and this was the first time I had been requested to do just that.  They knew my location, they have my home address and I was having problems there..........all the time, getting the run around.  I asked to early terminate of my contract and move to Verizon, they refused, so I will get an attorney, break the contract and NOT pay for that!  I was told by the Verizon store that AT&T and T Mobile use the same network which explains why I have had such poor service from both.  I even spoke with a fellow in my apartment complex who had the same problem.  We both had to go onto our balconies to have a phone conversation.  Not acceptable!  I think a class action suit should be filed.  I am switching to Verizon and will fight T Mobile, tooth and nail, to not be charged for breaking the contract.........since they broke theirs............having phone service!  DO NOT GET T MOBILE!

I understand your frustration

AUTHOR: MsTracy - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 15, 2010

I was a customer of T-Mobile for approximately 3 years from 2003-2006.  I had purchased the "Razr" model phone from the T-mobile store; it was activated right inside the store.  Anyway, I had nothing but problems from T-mobile from the start.  For some unknown reason, the keypad on the "Razr" model simply froze up, and I was unable to get the phone to work.  I brought it into the T-Mobile store, and the manager basically accused me of "manhandling" the phone, and the repairs wouldn't be covered under their warranty.  Mind you, I was the ONLY ONE who used this phone, and I was never careless with it.  Anyway, since I was under contract, and I was yet unable to "trade" in my phone, I had to replace mine with a refurbished model.  Unfortunately, the only "used" phone they had was the same "Razr" model.  I thought, "Well, this can't happen again", but the same exact thing happened; the keypad froze up.  I brought the phone back to the T-mobile store again, and the manager told me,"Too bad you're still under contract.  Now you have to buy a brand new phone."  I told him, "Forget it!  The customer service here is unacceptable, and I'm done with T-mobile.  YOU SUCK!" and I walked out of the store.  He yelled after me that I would have to pay the early termination fee.  Prior to this, I had my phone looked at by both of my cousins who used to work for "Best Buy", and they both said that there was NO WAY that this could have happened twice.  I swear to God, I was not "rough" with the phone in any way, and I was the only one who used it.  Sorry for the lengthy reply, but you're not alone.
