Tagquest mailers simply do not work.  I have been doing direct mail marketing for 10+ years and have never had a campaign not return a single phone call.  That is exactly what happened with Tagquest.  We sent 5,000 pieces initially and received a .2% response rate.  This is VERY poor and Tagquest said the low response rate was due to the states we were targeting and the mail piece.  They hand picked the states and provided their “best responding mail piece”.  We sent another 5,000 pieces and not a single person responded.  Not one. 

They simply don’t know what they are doing. Their data is poor, their “expertise” is non-existent and their mailers don’t get results.  There are plenty of good direct mail companies out there.  This is not one of them.
