There are very few of the management staff at Talk2Rep who know what they are doing. Some are just there because they are related to the owners’ family but they screw up everything they do. The HR manager does not know if she is coming or going. And one of her recruiters is so busy being nosy and in other people’s business that she has no time to do the work she is suppose to.

The company policies that she has set are for specific people only, the others get screwed really bad. I have never in my life worked for a company that does not pay its employees federal holidays, and you cannot use your sick, personal or vacation time until you have been here for a year, and there is no way that they will let you make up time (unless you are the friend of the HR manager) for those days you do not work.  O.T. is only approved for special people, all others get their time sheets adjusted to regular time so that they don't get the O.T.

The rest of the staff is so busy trying to find out what other people are doing and talking about that they are not even doing their job at 100 percent. Being petty and pointing the finger of blame is the normal at Talk2Rep. People are pointed out and frowned upon for being friendly and talking to everybody. This is taken as spreading rumors and gossiping.

The agents on the phone and work from home barely get any pay since they work on commission and survey's they do and if they get a bad review from just one customer their score go down and they get screwed BIG time.  Stay the h*** away from this company as they only think of themselves and treat their employees like second class citizens.

I just wanted to let you know that a few months ago Talk2Rep has changed it's policy. It is no longer on a sale/survey comission style pay scale. We get paid base hourly pay with chances to make bonus pay. We no longer have to worry about bad surveys or not getting enough sales, the base pay pays regardless. As far as everything else you have mentioned I cannot really comment on it because I am the work from home department so we do not get paid time off, sick days or anything like that, but I can say that the pay is no longer based on performance but is now a base pay.
